I'm wanting to buy an investment property in Perth but don't want to put all my eggs in one basket so to speak so i'm looking for people like me that might want to buy a share in a property, like maybe 25% and then be able to buy a couple of properties in different locations?
Anyone interested? or is anyone else already doing this? Are there any groups like this in Perth that i could join?
