Go to CBA website under home loans.
Refer to the iPhone app in the news section.Point your phones camera at a property and get recent sales data, last sales price etc.
Realestate.com and rp data etc – all free
Not often you get anything this cool For free in the banking sector!
I was intrigued so I downloaded the app.
Can definately see the possibilities, but then searched my own home (bought in 2000) and there it was including the $ range in which I bought it, as well as most of the neighbours…going back to 1984!
Its just like accessing Face Book for the first time….searching out all your friends properties with just a few taps of the screen (not that I would do that
) Ahhh the Internet and all that it holds!
I’ve spent the afternoon walking down the street pointing my phone at houses.
Hi
do you think this app will work on commercial property's?
Love your work Banker, lol.
I suddenly have an interest in getting an iPhone

I just downloaded it through the app store under Commbank property. Thanks for the heads up Banker
Banker,
That is really awesome. One neighbors house sold for 1.1-1.2 mil last year. The other sold for 75-80k in 1986! This is great for property hunting, thanks for letting us know

Hi Terry,
You can use the app with a Nokia but you will need to of them.
Simple point at the house, rub them together and say “I think I can I think I can.”
If it doesn’t work try the next house.

It doesn't actually give you the price range unless you purchase the rpdata
I didn't purchase anything just got it from the apps store free…. Got the range off a couple houses in my street. I'll take it out soon and try it while I'm hunting houses
