    Hi everyone,

    Just wondering if someone could recommend a structural engineer?

    I have just bought a unit in Footscray, VIC, located on the top floor of a 3 storey building. I'm looking to knock out a wall between the kitchen and living room, and also kitchen and laundry. I'd like for someone to determine if the walls are structural or not and develop a report/costings on such an exercise so we can request permission from body corporate to proceed.
