Is your biggest problem funding?

Hello all,

If there were 5/6 major problems of investing what would yours be eg:

Funding (Not enough money for a deposit)

Cash Flow (Short of cash for repairs etc)

Where to invest (what area will give the best return)

Getting good advise (not having a coach or mentor)

What to invest in (options, houses, units, renovations, granny flats, medical, SEP 55, etc)
