    Saw and add in the July API magazine for a company called Leverage Property.
    Anyone had any dealings with them or how they work? Looks like you can join them for JV's.
    I would assume their would be a buy in fee for the opportunity – or you supply the land, they
    provide the construction?? http://www.leverageproperty.com.au
