    Hi, I am looking to buying a 1 bedroom flat in Perth, anyone know how to get the fiance for it? I understand there is a need of a large deposit for it, there is some 1 bedroom flat in East Perth and Bentley for around $230000, I can put down a 20% deposit for it but I am having trouble finding finance for it. Been to bankwest, cba and nab all said the same thing, if its less than 50sqm, they dont want to know about it.

    Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
