    Hi,

    Would like to know how much can I borrow from bank if I wanna buy a bigger block (may b with old house on it). Then demolish, subdivide and build 2 to 3 units. Thinking to keep 1 and sell the rest to repair the mortgage.

    Borrowing capacity will vary from lender to lender so some basic information is required to provide further detail.
