All Topics / Help Needed! / Buying an IP on acreage – any issues
Hi all,
Looking at a property on 2.5 acres in Regional NSW, are there any extra things to think about besides land tax and higher council rates and maintenance of the acreage?
Current tenants willing to stay, been there for 3 years, the acreage is flat and pretty much dirt, not alot of grass to mow. The house itself has new floors, blinds and paint so a few deductions to claim etc
Price $219k – rent $260 a week
