Renovate and Profit – Melbourne 10th July 2010

The Renovate and Profit information day in Melbourne is only two weeks away on July 10th 2010. It's an all day event and we've got speakers ranging from Michael Szulc – director of Port Melbourne Cayzer Real Estate, to James Gatherum Goss (House of Wealth) who many of you know as a pretty well known accountant on these forums, to Joanne Attard who write 'Borrower Beware', Mary Sealy and of course me.

This is not a typical seminar – it's an information day and we'll be going over the whole process of renovating for profit, from costing, to profitability analysis, what adds the most value, what order to renovate in, etc. Together with some amazing guest presenters, panel of experts and case studies this is a really worth while day.

Because this is a last minute seminar that we will be filming – we will keep the attendance numbers down to only 20-30 which makes this day even more value for money as you will get a chance to talk to all the presenters in the break and ask your own personal questions of the panel.
