This is a free seminar designed for multiple property investors.
It is in two part, the first about the reasons to invest, the broad assets classes and why use property as the vehicle. then discussing finance strategies relating to property and types of property that suit one investor compared to another and finish with risk minimisation strategies. The focus will be on what type of property do you need to purchase to be able to obtain finance to purchase the one after that.
A buyers agent will also present in the second half, discussing the Melbourne market, what areas they buy in for their clients, what services they offer and their target market.
Light refreshments and a chance to meet other investors and ask questions.
