Hey Everyone
My partner and I are looking at purchasing a vacant block of land, build a duplex on it and selling it off, then moving on. We can’t afford to buy in an area we want, so we are hoping to make some money doing this so we can afford to in the future.
we are both property and investment virgins, and really need someone who can sit us down, and give us some good solid advice on our direction and strategies and make some recommendations, also advise us on tax minimisation, what we can claim, etc.
I have contacted a few accountants, but have yet to find a good one. I live in North West Sydney, my partner in the west, (need to make some money to move in together) so someone in that area would be great.
My partner has a very busy job, so I would prefer someone who does some Saturday work, but I will go alone if I have to.

I live and work in Castle Hill, and retired at thirty three off the back of property (I did this off a teachers wage). I am not an accountant, although I do my own accounting (When I retired I gained qualifications in Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking). I now juggle my time between family, this new business and looking after my property. I am quite happy to give you my perspective on making $$$.
