My current rental return is $34,320P.A. I am looking to sell around the $495K and have been advised that this is a 7% rental return can someone explain how i get this figure
My target for tenants is usually student Doctors/Dentist (international ) so as to get long term tenants
Can anyone confirm this and explain a strategy other than real estate agents how I might list my property for sale
