See the good old Qld Labour Govt have today announced they will top up the current Federal First Home Owners Grant by a further $4000 if the purchaser buys outside South East Qld.
Hate to say the cost of moving to a regional Town could certainly eat up the increased Grant and non of the Banks will now accept the Grant alone as evidence of deposit.
All in all another reactionary statement made by our State Govt.
