I have a house on land of 1600sqm. The price guide is between $900,000 – $990,000. Actually, the existing house is very big (6 bed rooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms). Imagine that you pay about $700,000 for equivalent house on the land of 600sqm in Nunawading. So, how much does the land of 1000sqm cost you? Is that just $290,000 for the land of 1000sqm? It is so cheap.
This is a very good site for redevelopment of 4 house units or keep the existing house and develop another 2 units at rear on the land of 1600sqm in Nunawading.
