Hello all FYI
There is a new property sales tax for all sales over $500k.
This is applicable to "options" as well
Rudd just keeps hitting the middle class.
The 40% mining tax will also be applicable to any products out of the ground IE: building products so costs will increase.
Robert Kiyosaki is right … he appears to be the only one on the money at the moment … financial literacy.

It is a NSW State tax according to article.

Well that's 3 people who'll vote against them. Matt007 sadly it is soooo true.
Can't run a bath, imagine if they were in business! Lucky they are only running the country…shudder.
Such a sneaking, insidious Govt. Goodbye Captain Bringdown and the Freedom of Information Fighters on your team. Everyone can see him for what he is now. A liar and a sneak.
This was the same tax they ran through at the same time as the budget right?

It's not getting easier. Govt's don't take long to transform from saviors to predators.

Yeah, KRUDD's problem is that he actually tried to implement a lot of his election promises. They were all flops.
Personally I never thought he was a savior i just thought he was a BS artist. He was here for working families, but he has plenty of money.
Bye, bye KRUDD. He will be decimated in WA. And if we get lucky in the other states too.

How do we get a statesman who is a PATRIOT – fully dedicated to our country and Australians, who will put the short term and long term welfare of the nation ahead of his personal political future ?
How can politicians demand total Patriotism from service personnel without giving the same themselves ?
Showing my naivety and idealism here, like expecting loyalty from a snake.
