Has anyone heard of Owners Equity completing 22 units at Ipswich aimed at student accomodation? They are running it through a trust structure with an external trustee but still looks relatively cheap
Purchase price is $292k for 3bdrm t/house and it looks like the rental income is good.
Does anyone know anything about Ipswich or the development ???
