    Hey all

    I'm after a recommendation of a Settlement Agent in Perth (pref recent experience and southern suburbs). Good price and great service wanted.
    Just signed on the dotted line for 1st IP.

    I just used Champion Settlements(based in perth) to settle on a house in Broome. They were good!  Cost was $1250, not sure if this is a good price or not?? probably on the expensive side.

    Make sure you ask realestate agent to verify that the house has 2 RCD's and smoke alarms(get certificate from electrician) fitted as I believe it's a legal requirement these days.
