I;m investigating the possibility of purchasing a duplex and changing the title to strata. Would I have to pay section 94 contributions? Wouldn’t they have been already paid by the builder. Has anyone had experience of this? What are your thoughts?
Have you considered community title, much easier on only 2 dwellings.
