You need your original passport or full birth certificate and drivers licence showing your current address. Married ladies will also need Marriage certificate showing change of name if a passport is not provided. Please bring copies of documents so that Tommy can notarize these and take back to America for lodgement with the IRS. As for security, Tommy is an entirely ethical man who is offering a service for free to help you get started in tax lien investing.
Yes, poor Perth seems to dip out on quite a lot of things. I guarantee that I will do all that I can to help as quickly and efficiently as possible as all too often I have tried programs but found the support lacking to the point that I gave up.
I really enjoyed this conference. I realise that the presenters were selling systems at the end of there presentation, however if you had listened to what they had to say prior to the sell, you will find that you have learned something valuable. Its about a mind shift, thinking outside the square. If one wants change, then one must change. A lot of you are seeing the negative take on things first. If you had listened, you should be focusing on the postives, replacing old mindsets with new ones. For myself, it has been a mind changing event, I bought Elise and Deans Renovation System and should recieve it next week, however after listening to Carly and understanding that more money can be made at the subdivision and development stage, we may shift our focus and hopefully fullfill our financial freedom sooner than we had otherwise thought. To Steve and the team, congradulations on a job well done and I look forward to attending Sydney and giving my positive testimonial on how this event has changed my life and moved me closer to the dream of financial independence sooner then I had ever hoped.

Hi Judith I am told that buying liens can be very competitive, have you found this? Also, am told that the quality of the property is extremely important, how do establish from Oz.
I am new to this strategy but would love some feedback. I too am from Perth. Thanks for sharing.
Tax lien investing can be competetive and you need to know where to bid which is why it is such a good idea to go to a training session or purchase a home study pack. Like any form of investing there are pitfalls but with the knowledge to confidently bid on quality liens there is next to no risk and the returns are fantastic. Lien purchasing can easily be done over the internet.
Hi Judith, Am going to conference with my partner end of May, I am keen to find out the pros and cons. I have been researching and as a fellow formite has mentioned in prior posts there are some negatives with this strategy, its a matter of doing your homework.
Can you share what your experience, good and bad has been to date?
Would you recommend this strategy to fellow formites?
Marissa, I would highly recommend this strategy to anyone who was prepared to do some training to find out what they are doing. It is like anything else. You must find out what is and is not right to do to make a profit and the expense of training is an expense very well spent. I have been investing in liens for a year now and cannot see any reason to change strategies at this time. I am very happy with my investing.

Hi Judith thanks for the feedback that's great, happy it is working for you. I am quite excited about going along to the seminar and finding out how it works, once again also fortunate that you are in Perth. Hopefully we will catch up down the track.
I’m glad to hear good stories about the Tax Liens.Looking forward to the workshop in Sydney next weekend. We’ve been told it would be an excellent idea to bring a laptop that is wireless internet. That sounds like a plan!*fingers crossed we can make good investments*
Are you doing the CD's? I've been doing the book and am up to day 7. It's been great. I havent learned as much as you yet so that's why I ask the question. Hopefully I'm not missing something!

Hey Andrew, yes I’m doing the CDs in my car during long trips. I’m pretty sure the book and CDs are identical! I stopped reading the book when I realised he was reading it aloud on the cd version.
The 40 random words, (50 now… I haven’t bothered with more because it’s just time consuming, I could probably do a hundred now it just takes longer!) I did it just by using linking in day three.
Leaf frog organic prince house pancakes plates book England rock potato grass signpost paper marble folder snake hitler golf light fan angel moon ice.
A Leaf landing on a frog sitting on an organ played by a prince in his house so loud the castle Next door throws their pancakes and their plates at him, he throws back a book of England that magically opens up and sucks you in till you find yourself on a giant rock where there’s a man cooking a potato on the grass next to a signpost that says ‘paper mill this way’ and the marble made mills guest book is a folder out front with a snake on one side and a movie of hitler playing golf on the other, he takes a swing and hits a light bulb that shatters on a fan, the glass sparkles and an angel bursts out, and flys to the moon covered in ice….
The story can go on and on and on and on. I’ve realised I can do this all day after just a little practise.
Seriously, everyone, try this with a friend, first show off to them, then teach them and compete. It’s addictive… And just day three of thirty!
Stoked. my memory is the worst out of anyone I’ve ever met, without exaggeration. This has been really encouraging.
I didnt look much further into the link method after doing the lesson. Sounds like I should! I looked more at associations and using files eg. skeleton file. I'm remembering 15-20 things if I take a little time to do it. I have 45 files in all. I learned the first 10 states of the USA in alphabetical order in about 3 mins using the files and associations. Not bad I thought given there is no real context for me as an Aussie.
You're right, I think doing it with a friend would be good as it would keep me accountable to progress through the chapters. Also the competitive nature would help move things along. But so far so good.
