3 Day Mega Conference opinion.

The added bonus about the two day Tax Liens workshop is that Judith is in Perth.  Yay, finally a great contact in our fine city of Perth.

I really enjoyed this conference. I realise that the presenters were selling systems at the end of there presentation, however if you had listened to what they had to say prior to the sell, you will find that you have learned something valuable. Its about a mind shift, thinking outside the square. If one wants change, then one must change. A lot of you are seeing the negative take on things first. If you had listened, you should be focusing on the postives, replacing old mindsets with new ones. For myself, it has been a mind changing event, I bought Elise and Deans Renovation System and should recieve it next week, however after listening to Carly and understanding that more money can be made at the subdivision and development stage, we may shift our focus and hopefully fullfill our financial freedom sooner than we had otherwise thought. To Steve and the team, congradulations on a job well done and I look forward to attending Sydney and giving my positive testimonial on how this event has changed my life and moved me closer to the dream of financial independence sooner then I had ever hoped.

Tax lien investing can be competetive and you need to know where to bid which is why it is such a good idea to go to a training session or purchase a home study pack.  Like any form of investing there are pitfalls but with the knowledge to confidently bid on quality liens there is next to no risk and the returns are fantastic.  Lien purchasing can easily be done over the internet.

Marissa, I would highly recommend this strategy to anyone who was prepared to do some training to find out what they are doing.  It is like anything else.  You must find out what is and is not right to do to make a profit and the expense of training is an expense very well spent.  I have been investing in liens for a year now and cannot see any reason to change strategies at this time.  I am very happy with my investing.

I’m glad to hear good stories about the Tax Liens.  Looking forward to the workshop in Sydney next weekend.  We’ve been told it would be an excellent idea to bring a laptop that is wireless internet.  That sounds like a plan!  *fingers crossed we can make good investments*

Ron White's course… Awesome.  'Memory in a month' Seriously. It's awesome. I am so happy with it and I'm only onto day 4 of the 30 day course.

I can already read back a list of 50 letters, or words, forwards and backwards after only having heard each of them ONCE.

I then taught others to do a list of 20-30 in 5 minutes. 

Just letting you know… It's invaluable.

Hey Andrew, yes I’m doing the CDs in my car during long trips. I’m pretty sure the book and CDs are identical! I stopped reading the book when I realised he was reading it aloud on the cd version.

The 40 random words, (50 now… I haven’t bothered with more because it’s just time consuming, I could probably do a hundred now it just takes longer!) I did it just by using linking in day three.

A Leaf landing on a frog sitting on an organ played by a prince in his house so loud the castle Next door throws their pancakes and their plates at him, he throws back a book of England that magically opens up and sucks you in till you find yourself on a giant rock where there’s a man cooking a potato on the grass next to a signpost that says ‘paper mill this way’ and the marble made mills guest book is a folder out front with a snake on one side and a movie of hitler playing golf on the other, he takes a swing and hits a light bulb that shatters on a fan, the glass sparkles and an angel bursts out, and flys to the moon covered in ice….

The story can go on and on and on and on. I’ve realised I can do this all day after just a little practise.

Seriously, everyone, try this with a friend, first show off to them, then teach them and compete. It’s addictive… And just day three of thirty!

Stoked. my memory is the worst out of anyone I’ve ever met, without exaggeration. This has been really encouraging.
