Has anyone used cashflow capital as a buyers agent and if so would you recommend them?

I attended their seminar last month in Melbourne.
They had really good info, however I am a little ify myself on joining thier group.Where are you looking to buy House Call.
There are some excellent Buyers Agents out there a couple of whom grace our site here.
Alan Fox at Propertunity Pty Ltd is based in NSW and a forum member.
He specialised in Sydney / Central Coast so drop him a line if you are interested in this area.
Just financing a couple of forum members deals through him at the moment and they have certainly bought well.

It is obviously an expense but according to recent SMH article this week up to 40% or properties are sold unadvertised in the general media (due to factors like vendors not wanting 200 people tramping thru their homes every weekend).
I do not have the time to do that plus I live in regional area so even more difficult. Hence, the interest in gearing my time in this way. But I'm not keen to do that without independant recommendation from non-aligned people.

I wonder if CashFlowCapital have properties in Sydney. I have never used their service so I don’t know. I know they focus on positive cash flow properties, and I know that they are hard to find in Sydney.
They have a very credible reputation online and they are extremely popular. Loads of people have used them. I would suggest googling “cashflow capital review” or something of the sort to find out what people say about them.
I would also send an email to them asking them some questions. Tell them where you want to buy and what you want to achieve and ask them if they can help you.
