Hey guys, got a couple of questions.
1)Is it legal to add a 3rd story to your house, in a renovation. Is there any regulations that need to be followed. (Area inner northern suburbs of Brisbane – 8km from CBD)
2) what defines a 3 story house. The particular block that we would be looking to do an extension on ,slopes from back to front, meaning that from the back of the property the back part of the house would be built 2 levels from the ground, however the bottom level of this extension would meet the 2nd story of the existing dwelling. Would this be considered 2 story’s or 3?
