Eugene Dyriw – "Residential Builders Contract"

Manager, Residential Division for G.E.Shaw & Associates
Eugene is a fully qualified builder with registration in both ACT & NSA. He has extensive trade & related qualifications. Eugene has worked in the residential sector construction manager positions with a number of large companies: as a self employed builder; as a technical officer in the ACT Planning & Land Authority(ACTPLA) & it;s predecessor – the National Capital Development Commission(NCDC); and as Technical Service Manager for the Master Builders Association. Eugene has a comprehensive understanding of building design principals & construction methods, Strategic Planning, and the relationship between Environmental, Economic & Social Sustainability as expressed through Urban design principles.

Claire Corby – "A Real Deal in Action"

Claire will be talking to you about the learning's of a first development deal in Queanbeyan, from research to council approval & beyond. a  work in progress and seeing a deal in action. Making the shift from single house constructions to multi-unit sites, and investing across the border.
Claire is 32 weeks pregnant has a 2 year old son, works part time as well as building her property portfolio. A very inspiring investor!
