Hi,
Has anyone ever come across a company called positive real estate. They are supposed to assist you in finding positively geared properties and great over seas deals.
Just want to make sure they are for real as they ask for a membership fee.

Yes I know them and have attended 2 of their intro seminars and have meet people who belong to their investor groups and are happy.
If you have no confidence in your own abilities or no time at all, these services are needed and ok
