Has anyone used Metropole in Melbourne to renovate?
Their website looks perfect for what I want -total package, set price and completion date.
I'm living OS and need to update 2 of my investment properties in a few months.
The only thing I know is that I shouldn't spend more that 5%.
Would really be great to hear from any other investors who have used their services.
