Has anyone had experience with 'Positive Real Estate' (who advertise in the API mag)? I attended one of their monthly presentation nights recently and followed this up with a meeting with them re: my financial position. The thing is that you have to pay $9000 to join to access their services (buyer's advocacy, etc). They claim to follow and help you buy where growth and cashflow is on the capital city 'calendar clock' around Australia. I'm interested to hear from people who have had either 'good' or 'bad' persoanl experience. Many thanks in advance!
