All Topics / Help Needed! / Capriocorn – 2000sqm lots at Yanchep
Hey there, I am new to the forum and wondering would anyone give me some ideas of the below land.
My partner and I are new property investor and currently are looking at the 2000sqm lots (R5) in Capricorn, Yanchep. There is a condition in the contract, which we think is a bit catchy is that within 30 months of settlements, construction must be at plate height and continue construction after 30 months (cannot stop and build later). Is there anyway to get away for not building? We concerned that we might have not enough funds to build at that time.
The main purpose for the purchase is for capital gain. We are attracted to the St Andrews development, and the entire Sun City Development. Think it would be great in the next 5 – 10 years!
