We are planning to buy our 13 IP in Sydney, but live in Qld (Bloody cheap to rent up here). Travel to Sydney all the time, will join in too. It's only a 1 hr flight from Gold Coast.

did the meeting kick off? My husband and I are also interested to join. We also live in hurstville and Meeting in the city will suit us too.We took Dymphna Boholt's ultimate course mid last year and are currently in the process of purchasing our 3rd investment property. The next one we look for will be a baby step in renovation for profit in sydney area. Happy to share our limited experience and also looking forward to other people's stories!

We hold fortnightly meetings at Parramatta Rydges, 7pm. Next ones this Tuesday 13th, there is a $10 cover charge to help pay for the room hire.Just as a disclaimer, I run a Buyers agency company called Right Group Pty LTD (ww.rightgroup.com.au), and my bias is that I run this discussion group so that the members see value in securing our services. We have up to 40 people attend regularly, some absolute newbies wanting to see what the fuss is all about, others for whom we have been able to secure multiple properties within a year, (I believe the record is 11 properties in one year, overall positive cashflow properties located in Sydney Metro, and Major regional hubs, with the slant towards Metro)
You wont be sold to, there is lots of good info shared, in the end we do show some properties available to those that are wanting to take up our service….the major attractor people find is the ability to network with like minded people….so this is not necessarily informal, but fairly close to it
I have been attending the Rightgroup meetings at Rydges Rosehill for a while now. And can confidently say it is worth the time and the $10.
I always find the meetings very informative and the networking with seasoned and new investors alike is great. I have learnt alot from their experience and can definitely say that if it wasn’t for the knowledge and support I have received from them. I would not be a successful property investor today.

it's all free and we meet every other month in Surry Hills. I've been to one only but good to find likeminded people.
