    Hi All,

My name is Sam and this is my first post in this forum.

Not sure if I have posted this in the correct place as I didn’t find a Property Management folder. I am not happy with my property manager in Redcliffe and need to change it asap. Was wondering if somebody here could recommend a property manager in Redcliffe area. Thanks a ton in advance.

    Cheers,
    Sam

    Hi Sam
We use Ray White at Redcliffe (Sandy Dartnell) and they have been professional, prompt and knowledgeable of the area and market. I have to be honest in that my expectations have not been met by any of the property managers up there but Ray White have been the best so far…
    Thanks
    Marc

I have not invested in that area, but I do find Ray White to be one of the best in most areas. L J Hooker are generally very good also.

I find the bigger companies have better systems in place for managing rent and tenants and thus are easier to work with. Not always the case though. Good luck in the hunt.

Why not trial some managers for short periods and see how they match up before signing.

Hi Ryan, thanks for your input. I didn’t knew you could trial managers for short period. I think they insisted on signing the contract before they undertook the job. Mine even insisted on a 2-month notice period if I wanted to end the contract.

    Cheers,
    Sam
