    Hi Guys,

    Ive stumbled onto what I think is a pretty good renovation deal. The auction is due in 2 weeks and as this is my first stab at getting into property, I need to set myself up correctly before hand.
     
    I dont have a team of people round me yet and need that right now.

    Therefore can anyone recommend a good accountant who understands property investing and also a good property lawyer that I can approach to help set things up for me?

    Where are you located in Sydney?

    You could call Macpherson+Kelley Lawyers who are Pitt Street, Sydney CBD. Their phone number is 8298 9533. Ask for Sophia.

    In terms of an accountant, I’ve just started to make inquiries a couple of days ago myself to find an accountant who has first hand experience in property investing. If I find one I’ll let you know. However, if you find one can you let me know?

    I would suggest Shukri at Property Tax Specialists (http://www.propertytaxspecialists.com.au).  He's in Chatswood, and as the name suggests, he knows a lot about property tax as well as asset protection.
