    Hey guys just a quick question here.
    If you had between 400-500k to spend on a house in melbourne purely as a renovation project, where would it be?
    I was thinking yarraville/footscray but am not too sure.
    Thoughts?

    There was a fantastic magazine report in the age the other weekend comprehensively reviewing Melbourne suburbs. Did you see it? If not can photocopy and send to you if you like. Might help with your research? Maree

    No unfortunately im a herald sun person myself. Would be good to have a look though as long as its not too much trouble.
