Finance approved but lack 20% deposit, would prefer Vendors help towards deposit

Hi guys

Vendors deposit needed or Vendor finance option, I have a very very good paying role and own a business however am in the process of a complete renovation that is eaten away at my investment funds!

We have approved finance to the value of $168,000 and was looking at a 1,2 or 3 bedroom unit or House in a good growth area within Australia.

The property must have electricity, sewage and town water and ideally Owner occupied or be flexible with T & C's

I would prefer a fair to good cond property that requires basic Reno’s such as new paint, kitchen, bathrooms etc NO STRUCTURE DAMAGE please.

I would prefer a 30 day settlement
