    Hi ,

im looking at entering the property investing game within the next year and i’m starting to research effective strategies for long term investing and setting it up correctly from the start.

i was wondering if anyone had any good book or website names that explain the different kinds of trusts, companies and asset protection strategies in a reasonable amount of depth, but easy to understand?

also ,is there a good accountant to speak to on the gold coast about trusts etc??

    thanks alot.

    Hi TS

One of the best on the GC is Steve Hodgkinson who is a partner at Gold Business Group in Southport.

Steve has been my Accountant for nearly 15 years and is an expert on property.

    His contact number is 55322855.

Tell him i sent you as most good property Accountants are not taking on new clients.
