    Hi Guys,

    Just wanting to know how much it would cost to subdived a Block which has a existing house.

    Also what time frame am I looking at.

    The property is located in werribee.

    Has anyone experienced this?

    Hi Peterpith,

    If you type sub division in at the top in the search area then HEAPS of previous threads will come up. There are plenty of people who you can private message as well who will give u approximates. It is worth doing if you have the cash to pay for the associated costs.
