Any recommnedation for a good TILER in Melbourne?

HI,
Just wondering if anyone could recommend a tiler that returns calls, isnt a 'just done my tafe course ''tiler', and does not turn up drugged out or drunk that want a couple of days work doing some replacement and new tiling on a unit in 'inner' Melbourne (near Stkilda area) Friend has had heaps of hassles getting one – but builder, plumber, and electrician have all been fine. Any genuine recommendations would be much appreciated. Cheers
