    Hi
    I'm currently looking for development opportunities in the Melbourne area.  Might be a 6-10 lot subdivision or a block of units etc that require strata and refurb.  Open to see what is out there.  I know there are a lot of developers struggling to get construction finance at the moment so someone might know of one of these where I can buy a slice of land to develop which will give them the $ to comence their civil works etc (in case of residential subdivision.)
    Any ideas or suggestions?  I'm happy to pay a spotters fee or provide a block/unit at cost price to anyone who can send me any properties that I go ahead and buy.
