Im looking at purchasing a dual Occ. land in westren suburbs and just wondering if using these modern portable homes in place of building units. The positive is that there on your land ready to go within 8 to 12 weeks.
Can someone please help with this topic.
Would this still provide me with the same outcome as building.
I do plan to rent the properties out with intention to sell way down the track
Have you thought about getting a second hand house.
A lot of developers sell off the old house to build something else.Haven't done it myself but from what I have read you have to be careful with whether the building is going to fit in the route it takes to get to your address.
