Im fortunate enough to have a job that enables me to slowly start a property portfolio at the age of. I'm still very new to it and I've been investigating various ways of doing so such as reading Steve's (and others) books as well as saving.
In my research I have looked in DHA property and was wondering if anyone here has had experience with them?
Could you please share any experiences or ideas with DHA property.
Is it even possible to get +CF property through them?
Do the benefits of guaranteed rent (even without tenants), paid maintenance and property management outweigh the negatives (such as lack of flexibility and difficulties in selling)?Any advice on DHA and making my first move into the property world would be greatly appreciated.
