hello friends
i am looking at ways to invest and increase my cashflow . in doing so i have come across alot of student apartments , in the cbd or near other universities and mostly with a ok return of 8% up to 10%
has anybody had any experience with this type of investment ?
my concern is resale value , but hopefully some of u guys out there can tell me if this is a bad idea or good idea
