    Hi All,

I want to look for a new job and wanted to know how long do I have to work within the new job/company before the banks will lend me money.

    Thank you in advanced.

    Depends.

From 1 day to 3 months generally. The less you borrow the easier it is and if it is in the same industry all the better. – Also not on probation.

Tery is right lower the lvr the better.

1 lender i know as long as you were previously employed in similar industry will still do the deal on probation but asme story longer you are there the more choice you have.

There are a lot of banks and lenders out there with different requirements. However, they usually require 6 months continuous employment. But some will give you a home loan even if you have been employed for only a month or a few weeks.
