Hi everyone
Investors needed to complete a project with yearly returns of around $20,000 ++plus
I own Vacant Land in the Bogong Village nested on Victoria's largest Mountain (Mt Bogong).This is an Alpine village located in the Falls Creek beside Lake Guy.
I have completed building plans ready to lodge into council with BAL report, soil test and engineering report.
What I need –
Investor or investors, (maybe even a builder to cut costs), to help me finish the cabin and start to enjoy the returns. Ivi, is this site leasehold/when does it expire? What is the status of the hydro upgrade? How accessible is the site? How are you going to handle leasing or will it sit in the pool?

Maybe he has all the investors he needs which is a shame as I am sure a lot of forum members would have love to have invested some of their hard earned with him…..NOT.

1 . yes its is a lease hold (about 60 years )and it is for most properties on the Mountain…there are always extensions to that also2..The hydro upgrade is coming to a close and has been very prosperous for the villiage
3. The block is accessable and is ready to build
The returns are real and so is everything else I have stated….sorry about not having more details or a complete feasability statement but i am too busy with other Developments and havent got time..
