When we think of buying an investment property, we are always told “Location, location.” Quite right – but I’ve always wanted that bit extra! Why not have great rental income, capital growth, a personal holiday escape, beautiful surroundings AND no hassle as well? You can have all this – no catch. And here’s how. You might be quicker than me – it’s taken me over 30 years in the property business to get here!
I am very fortunate (no – it was all planned!) to live and work in one of the best locations on earth! Right here, on my doorstep, you can find comparatively low priced new waterside apartments and houses in idyllic settings and near to everything to make sure loads of tourists want to come and stay. The area is booming, economy is stable and growing. Fantastic. Truly the right place at the right time.
Just to show you what I mean, these are the attractions –
Close to the famous Margaret River wine region
Indian Ocean beaches
Mediterranean climate
Vast waterways for boating & fishing
5 nearby Golf courses
Fantastic eateries and shopping
Yachting and water sports galore
New Freeway to Perth and cosmopolitan Fremantle
Near forests & scenic drivesAdded to all this, Mandurah is not only a beautiful place to live, but also one of the fastest growing cities in Australia. Check out independant sources like Council, Government and Developers websites and you’ll find excellent future prospects to give you peace of mind with your investment.
Bonus! The Government has helped (!!!) by relaxing rules on overseas residents buying new properties. Now, it just so happens I can be your local Buyers Agent to do all the research, inspection & negotiation for you (for a small fee, of course!). So you don’t even need to take a long time away from your high income job – I do all the hard work on your behalf.

website http://www.mandurahbuyersagent.comHi Brian,
Can you prove that this area is the fastest growing city in Australia because I have stats to challenge you on this and many of your other statements …
Poor business infrastructure … can you show us the RPdata growth stats … I have a friend there, who is the past president of the REI and he tells me a different story to what is happening in WA
So you make the statement now back it up with your proof … please.
He might be a buyers agent but I dare say this time he is working for the vendor.
Crapt advertisement!!!
I am grateful to wealth4life.com and others for drawing attention to my over zealous claim that Mandurah is the fastest growing city in Australia. I have moderated my wording on the forum article and my website http://www.mandurahbuyersagent.com. Obviously, there are many desirable locations around our great country that are doing well. I really do get a bit carried away about Mandurah because I love it here and the future of the WA economy is so rosy. The new Freeway to Perth has just opened, the new rail is very popular. Mandurah City centre rezoning has many new developments in full swing and new housing/ apartments are going up everywhere. If you have doubts about future prospects here, just check out Government website regional plans.
Meanwhile, I do respect people like yourselves who have a wealth of investment experience. We each have our specialist knowledge and I hope you will continue to promote good networking so everyone can benefit.Well at least you came back and apologized that is one thing …
However you have lost me because you have no class and sound like a desperate sales person ….
Our results are from what we do …
Does sound like a complete sales pitch, which is fine but probably not the right section for it. I don’t think investing in property in Mandura is exactly “creative investing”.
Having said all that I know people who live in Mandura and it has had HUGE growth over the last few years. Especially with the addition of the motorway to perth. Knowing what I know now I would definately have bought there. But the question is whether or not the growth has stabalised or whether it is still going.
