Hey fellow investors i was just wondering with my current property which is my PPOR i am going to be moving out and renting it out to my brother. Wanting to take advantage of negative gearing for the moment do i need to do anything like change the title on my home loan from PPOR to investment or anything like this? sorry im sure this has being asked before but it can be quite confusing at times.
                     Cheers

Nothing changes. You just claim the costs on your tax return.
