Hello- Can I please have experienced investors opinions on the various investment software packages available? I'm not looking for all the bells and whistles to property manage a big portfolio etc. I have one neg geared investment property and intend to buy one or two more. I just want something to give me a basic analysis of the numbers when comparing options to buy, and analyse possible $ gains over time etc. User friendly for computer dumzos would be good.
