Interested in how you operate – do you utilize solicitors in addition to surveyors, or instead of? Any particular pros and cons for utilizing only a surveyor?

Hi, What exactly are you using a surveyor for? Their roles and areas of expertise are completely different.

SonyaSolicitors give legal advice. Surveyors survey the land. As Sonya says, completely different jobs.
