All Topics / General Property / Investing or Finance Game – Cashflow 101,202,etc. What else is out there?
I've been playing Cashflow 202 at least once, almost on a daily basis. I simply enjoy getting on the fast track and keeps my mind in line in terms of investment and buying decisions. The numbers aren't really realistic as transaction costs are not inlcluded in the game but still helps.
Are there any other games out there that are similar with more realistic numbers?
I think you hit the nail on the head … Kiyosaki works on content and context in his learning systems which I believe is a good thing.
Costs are always changing but there are some standards out there … I suggest you start your own xl spread sheet as you learn.
I have a free 24 module course this year in 2010 check out the site above.
I still love monolopy
Hi Forever Student
Go to http://www.888abundance.com and check out the page on the property boardgame. It's a 'business simulation' of the Australian residential property environment. It's not monopoly and it's not an easy 'game' to play. But my view is, if you're serious you would take time to learn the ropes before you invest the big dollars.
Cheers

Make this into a I phone app and you will make a fortune !
Thanks for the links. I'll have a look at them.
I agree with duckster, if 888 develops an app or a computer game, he'll make a fortune on it. At the moment, I can only play a computer game as I don't have anybody to play boardgames with.
I'm currently involved with project marketing and getting more and more involved with property development. I'll be starting on small splitter block projects first before making a move on bigger developments. I'm enjoying the whole process which is the main thing.
