Hi Im looking at developing my section in a high growth area of Brunswick,Victoria within a Urban Village, designated for Medium Density housing with 4 architectually designed, joined townhouses, with roof top balconies on all townhouses, with views of the City, and an Open Northerly aspect as well.  I am looking at the possibility of partneringjoint venture with a local Builderdeveloper to develop the section, who has experiance with Tilt-up constructions.

I personally am looking at purchasing one of the Townhouses for myslef as my PPOR, as the current section is my PPOR and thus I wont require any additonal Stamp duty for that single townhouse section or CG Tax.  I would also possibly look at keeping a second townhouse as an investment property (but this could be negotiated).  If there is anyone out there interested in such an opportunity, I would love to hear from you.  Plans are with Council now, I have had a Town Planner working with me on this, and due to the nature of the section, and us working very closely with the council in Pre-App meetings, we are quietly confident that this should go through council without too many issues. Cross fingers and touching wood. :-).

Many thanks, look forward to any responses

Hi there – I am neither a builder nor a developer – just a lowly investor. I might be interested in investing in Brunswick – keep me informed – [email protected]

    Cheers
