Has any person heard of a company called Cashflow Capital?
They guarantee to source and sell only positive cashflow properties.
There is a substantial membership fee to join which is refunded on the purchase of a
property.
Has anyone bought a property through this company? And if so was it a satisfactory experience?Do a search they have been spoken about here many times …

Yeh they definitely source positive cashflow properties however there prices are a little steep.
