Looking at an investment property in Wodonga, Victoria – nice 4 bedder $360k, 5.5% yield. wodonga has enjoyed nice growth for past 10 years, slowed naturally last 12 months with GFC but there is some nice things happening there. Just keen to get some feedback friom you guys on what you see Wodonga offering up in next few years etc.
has anyone had experience buying there etc good/bad or whatever.

I actually grew up right by there. You'll find that there are good parts to Wodonga and bad parts – these will definitely dictate the kind of tenant that you'll attract.
I currently live in Wodonga and I see growth will continue to stay fairly constant in the foreseeable future. However a $360k home is somewhat upmarket for wodonga and you may have trouble finding long term or regular tennants in this price bracket
