    Hello everyone,

I am currently learning about Identifiying boom suburbs because I believe that this will help me find out where the developers are looking to buy a development approved site.  Would somebody give me some advice about identifiying where the developers are looking to build. Development hot spots, mmmm (development hot spots, I will google it).

    Much appriciated,

    Warm regards, Robbie…

Try http://www.wyndhamcovemarina.com, they just announced presales yesterday. 6000 people had registered for presales. The first stage of development has less than 100 sites.

Hello people. I have found the answer to my original question and I will share it with anyone else that may be looking for the developers. There is a website wich tells you how many development approvals have been approved in wich state city and a whole heap of other fantastic information for research. The website is   reedconstructiondata.com.au
Good planning to you, Warm regards, Robbie.

I tried the free trial of the site, but it is so limited it was of no use. Any idea of the cost to subscribe?
