Hi All, i have just finished renovating my house, i am tooled up and keen to have a go at flipping a small property. I live in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne so I am looking in that area.
Just after some feedback on what people feel is the smallest sized projects that are feasable in my area?
I’ve looked at some 2br units, but after buying, selling costs and interest theres not much left. I feel i might be looking at the wrong market segment to make this work.
If anyone out there is doing this i’d love to pick your brains, please contact me.
